OUTERWEARS INC RETURN POLICY:
Any discrepancies, including incorrectly shipped or omitted product, must be reported to Outerwears within 24 hours or receipt. Outerwears reserves the right to conduct a visual inspection if necessary.
Damaged packages delivered via US Postal should be reported immediately to your local post office.
Items may be returned within 14 days, provided the product has not been used.
An RMA # must be obtained prior to returning product. All items returned are subject to inspection and a 20% restocking fee (defective parts do not apply). Freight costs can not be refunded.
Custom ordered items are non-refundable and non exchangeable.
FREE SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS:
Free shipping is for Outerwears manufactured products to domestic locations only (excludes Custom orders, Filters, Jet Kits, Dynatek kits, Funnels, Funnel kits, Cleaners and Fluids) and does not include any orders placed via phone for any reason. No exceptions
SHIPPING TIME FRAME:
Shipping time frames listed are for transit time only and do not include manufacturing time for non stock items. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for manufacturing.
Transit times vary based on location. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery time.
IMPORTANT ADDRESSING TIPS:
Providing us with error-free shipping and billing addresses will avoid any unnecessary delays and ensure packages are delivered quickly. If the address is not entered correctly, your package may be returned as undeliverable. Additional shipping fees will apply in those cases. Here are few tips to keep in mind:
1. Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy. This could cause your order to decline.
2. Make sure to enter your full name (first and last) in the name field.
3. If shipping to a commercial location, please include the name of the business in the company field.
4. Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example do not enter city and state in the city field.
5. Please check the accuracy of the information entered. Please check the spelling of street names and cities as well as verify zip codes. Please also make sure you enter the complete street address (ie Lane, Drive, Ave, Apartment or Suite #. etc)
6. Shipping address must be deliverable by US Postal Service. Outerwears determines shipping method based on package size and transit time. Shipment may be processed by US Postal Service or UPS.
